      I like the company’s mission, its solid product, and the high hiring standards (as a result, a strong team of skilled professionals).

      Yet the company shows inconsistency in its decisions; words and promises often diverge from reality. It’s hard to feel confident about tomorrow. At times, colleagues act arrogantly and conceitedly, are reluctant to share expertise, and everyone is intimidated by the threat of layoffs.
