Privately owned company where you’re treated like a person, not a cog in a machine. Established business with 60+ years of stability in the industry. A lot of flexibility compared to larger corporate environments. Growing culture with many long-term teammates who genuinely care about the company and each other.

It’s a busy environment and there is always a lot to get done. Like any construction company, there will occasionally be unhappy customers, and employees often work through those service issues directly. The pace can feel demanding at times, but it comes with being in a growing and active business.

Lack of management in every aspect of training, shop, install, accounting - glorified babysitter is the CDR - do your job and make sure everyone else is also doing theirs (thought that was managements responsibility).
