Quite honestly, it’s embarrassing to have to tell a customer “my WiFi isn’t working” because something in the app suddenly failed without explanation. Complaints about this fall on deaf ears because no one wants to hear that it’s just not working anymore - they just want to push for new enhancements. “Enhancements” that are seemingly pointless when features that have worked without issue for years are suddenly failing. People are leaving in droves because it’s near impossible to work with an app that just flat out doesn’t work at times. The teams are overworked, undervalued, and just not listened to.
