1. Lots of young team members and a good opportunity to grow. 2. Free snacks and some nice perks. 3. Laid back culture where people can work relaxed. 4. Not many users , so there isn't much firefighting.

Svantaggi

1. Not growing. The company is stuck at a measly figure of a hundred thousand active users. This is after 5 years. Competitors achieved this figure in a few months. 2. They recently shut down one of their offices in Delhi. 3. Very young team and no experienced people. You'll mostly be working with very junior people. 4. Dictatorship . Bhavin , the CEO, is like the Kim Jong Un of Flock. What he says is to be followed and he doesn't like feedback.

Each employee is given tremendous amounts of autonomy to experiment, build and grow Team collaboration isn't going anywhere and Flock has already positioned itself to be a major player in the space - time to execute!

As with any startup, the path has not been laid yet so there are the obvious growing pains - running into situations we haven't seen yet

Like any tech company it seems great from the outside and for the first few months. Decent benefits, decent in office perks.

Svantaggi

No promotion, no room for growth. They signifigantly underpay staff and don't create environments for conversations to correct. Start up that only cares about executives and treats other employees poorly. Constant leadership change-over so direction, SOP's and opportunity for promotion are never created or communicated. Constant change-over once employees learn that there is no direction and no promotion and the cycle continues. Avoid this place.
