This is something that is certainly fostered at Auptix. We are constantly interacting with different departments and stakeholders. This allows us to take into consideration of a wide variety of opinions. The atmosphere is young, open, and energetic.

      Not really a con, but really for those who are considering joining Auptix. This is a start-up so it is a constantly changing environment when it comes to process and procedure. You have to be able to adapt and be able to shift focus quickly to meet the needs of the organization.

      Fast pace, Job duties are the same everyday, can be remote if you want, leadership doesn't really follow up

      Far from profitability so everything is based on making money but leadership doesn't really enforce it. Very little career advancement since every dollar is watched for profitability. Many people are complacent. Took away 401K match, unlimited PTO
