Solid company with a great product and fun environment located in beautiful Solano Beach. Flock Freight is all about the work hard, play hard mentality. Everyone that shows up, is ready to work and are enthusiastic about what they can contribute to the company. For me, Flock was a breath of fresh air. I've worked in the freight brokerage industry for almost 6 years, and they managed to bring a fun and energetic vibe to a very stressful industry (plus a solid commission structure). A big thing I truly appreciated was management. From the VP's to ops and sales managers, these people are truly supportive, and greatly care about the success of their employees (also everyone is very approachable). Lastly and most important, Flock has cold brew and kombucha on tab, and a never ending rotation of snacks in the kitchen.

I wouldn't really call this a con, but more of a fair heads up. Flock is a start-up tech/logistics company. That means things tend to change a lot. They are constantly implementing new systems and updates to both the Flock App and infrastructure of both the sales and operations teams. If you join on, you need to be very adaptive and be ready.
