I regret to say that my experience working at Floor Interior Services has been nothing short of dreadful. From day one, it was evident that the company fostered a toxic work environment that was detrimental to employee morale and well-being. First and foremost, the management at Floor Interior Services lacked transparency and communication skills. Important decisions were made behind closed doors without any input from the employees affected by them. This led to confusion, frustration, and a lack of trust among the staff. Furthermore, there was a pervasive culture of favoritism and nepotism within the company. Certain employees were given preferential treatment based on personal connections rather than merit, which created a sense of unfairness and resentment among the team. Additionally, the workload at Floor Interior Services was unmanageable, with unrealistic expectations and tight deadlines constantly looming over employees’ heads. This resulted in high levels of stress and burnout, as well as a disregard for work-life balance. Moreover, there was a lack of support for professional growth and development. Opportunities for advancement were scarce, and training and mentorship programs were virtually non-existent. As a result, many talented employees felt stifled in their careers and ultimately sought opportunities elsewhere. Overall, I would caution anyone considering employment at Floor Interior Services. The toxic work environment, coupled with poor management and lack of opportunities for advancement, makes it a company to avoid at all costs.

What isn’t a con. Benefits are expensive not affordable in any way. They treat their product coordinator like crap. A bunch of snakes say one thing in your face meanwhile making plans to fire you. The higher ups love talking about themselves and what an amazing job they did and how they did everything by themselves. Meanwhile the system is trash. And they keep asking for things processes the scope of what is trained or even the systems. Ridiculous goals never worked for a company expecting 100’s on the daily.
