There is nothing at all

One of the best companies Ive worked for. Very understanding of time off, good people to work with, work is not too difficult on the whole. Work from home!

- As with any new company, the learning curve is pretty steep and you have to be ready to hit the ground running. You may field a ton of calls on your first day to other representatives just because you don't know what is going on - but you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. - No benefits. No insurance, PTO, etc. Honestly, that's the only reason I had to start looking for a job elsewhere.
