The lack of communication in this place is off the roof. Both managers and CLS try way too hard to be liked by people to the point they make false promises left and right. If you place a formal complain against someone just be prepared to never hear back from HR. If you have any issues with leads, be prepared to have management side with the leads like their life depends on it. WARNING this place might hire you under an accessioner position at a given rate and will straight up place you in PCR so you can work at a lower rate than what PCR should be paid at.
