Well, it's a very specialized field of work and because of the current world economy there isn't much work. FMD went corporate in the beginning of 2020. Corporate came in with big promises that they didn't keep. Unfortunately the top leadership at FMD has lost focus of their employees and is just trying to please the large corporate monster.
