      The management micromanage to an unhealthy degree and provide no guidance on how you're tracking. They are previous sales people who headhunted money from existing clients who have no idea on how to lead or manage a team.

      They lure you with good salary

      Managers are terrible, they micro-manage you at a level that is bad for your mental and physical health. They play blame games on their own team members. This has been the most pathetic company to work for so far. I am only giving 1 star as there is no option for negative rating
