Incredible perks, international trips, fantastic work environment and team culture, and the opportunity to work with the latest and most advanced technology (hardware, networking, trading software, etc) are just some of the factors which make this a truly unique & rewarding opportunity in fintech.

The company HQ is in Amsterdam and the NY/SG offices are very dependent on the HQ. From an IT standpoint it would be nice to see the offices run a little bit more independently.

Very small company with flat hierarchy so you can do your own projects

Very non-systematic trading shop; most traders have little quantitative experience out of fast mental math, so it always underperforms competitors leading to extremely low salaries resulting in only poor quality traders and people stuck on visas reaching seniority
