After working a couple of months I can fairly say that the expectations of the employees are high, however not something that is not unachievable. This balances really good with the after work relaxing possibilities, especially on Friday. The company has a great introduction program for the new IT employees. This is very helpful in getting a good first impression of the company as a whole.
Svantaggi
The company has grown fast and the knowledge is sometimes not well documented. Although information is available, often the knowledge needs to be retrieved via colleagues and therefore it is not always an efficient way of working.
