A toxic leadership and upper management which have created a toxic environment. The upper management does not care about the soldiers who fight the fire everyday. They have their own agenda and do not care about the needs of the people under them. Employees are depressed, micromanaged and anxious. If you are smart and talented please stay away from this company, they will chew you up and spit you out.
