Decent pay, friendly environment, great developing tools

Snacks can use a little upgrade

This is a great entry place, they will take you from little to no experience and train you. You will work with many different clients in a lot of different types of business customizing the base tracking software for their needs. As long as you continue to learn and grow they will continue to invest in you. One thing to avoid when working here is going outside of what you are asked to do, always reach out to the lead dev before trying something new. A bonus is you get lunch paid for once a week by the owner which is nice.(They choose good places to eat and have introduced me to some of my favorite restaurants in the Southlake area)

They do pay good for starting developers and you will get raises but eventually after some years you may have skills to make more. I understand when I was leaving they were increasing the pay which I think will definitely help but it's something to consider. If you already are very skilled and had multiple jobs you may not find the pay enough. I will say they are aware of the areas they are weak in and looking to improve.
