Nice people. They mean well but they have no clue how to run a business. Top management have no idea or direction. Their products and technology is outdated and there is no innovation.

France dictates what happens in the UK without taking into consideration how this impact the UK employees or how the company compares with others. Finance also dictate to management how little they should spend with their employees.

Thanks for your feedback, although it is very disappointing to read. We do already request regular feedback from all employees and listen to what everyone is telling us, so your comments regarding inflexibility and not listening are difficult to accept. We wish you all the best in your new role.
Friction between various departments but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a large company

Reimbursed for all travel expenses.

North American team is isolated from the European team.
All development work is done in France.
French team is off the for the month of August all together and has lots more holidays than the rest of teams.
Time zone differences make collaboration difficult unless you are willing to be up at 4 a.m. EST.
Teams were very compartmentalized and would not help unless rules were followed to the letter such as ticket submission and ticket completeness.
