Company hires equally across nationality, gender, and race

Despite being equal at hiring, Barcelona office is racist and mysogynistic. Only two or three people are actively spreading racism, others are silently complying. CEO is fully aware of the situation and does nothing to prevent it.

While we do not share the characterization made in this comment, we take concerns like these very seriously and took the appropriate measures to ensure that no one feels this way in our workplace.
In addition, we have strengthened our local People & HR presence in the Barcelona office.
A rapidly evolving company in a young and international environment. It’s very enjoyable to share and grow hand in hand with all the departments in the Barcelona office. It often feels more like a group of friends having fun working on a common project. With the acquisition of the new company, we now have even more opportunities, and the platform is constantly evolving. This is enriching for all teams, as it allows us to continually develop our skills in our respective fields.
