      Toxic environment due to bad management. I can’t recall ever giving a bad review until now. Manager lies Every time he opens his mouth. Manager does not want you talking to any of the other employees. One day things are done a certain way, the next day is differently, and the next day it’s done the way it was done before. The running joke around the yard is when the manager tells you to do something, just wait a minute because it wil change before you can get it done. I personally experienced this nonsense. The manager is constantly degrading and talking about firing any employee who is not sitting in front of him.

      The people who work for the company are the best to interact with. Haven’t encountered a person in the company yet who wasn’t pleasant to work with.

      Higher up leadership tends to be stuck in their ways are are very resistant to changes that they are not familiar with. Instead of trying to interact with those pushing the changes and learn about why they are needed, they will resist until they sat down and informed.

      Very limited training and the expectation is you must be perfect. If you aren’t expert level prepare for everybody to talk about you and every mistake you’ve ever made.
