You’ll find your safety net among the team members (without the directors). But you might not receive a good team because everyone’s resigning (in all dept).

What you see here and what employees say are all TRUE. Funny how people still apply here especially knowing the management. All heads are Spanish and don’t listen to you especially the feeling CEO. The directors are sadly becoming like the Spanish but they weren’t like that before. Pay is LOW and they like hiring fresh grads to burn them out even on their first month.

Great place to learn. You work directly with the directors, which doesn't happen everywhere. Flexible schedule is a big win too. The directors actually care about you, and that matters a lot especially when you're just starting out.

The CEO is the hard part. You can show up, work hard, and grow with the company, and still feel invisible to him. He doesn't really listen to the people around him. You're replaceable to him, and he'll make sure you feel it. Also, you apply for FlowerStore.ph but you'll be handling other brands too. Just something they should've mentioned from the start.
