Senior leadership is a complete farce—an embarrassment to any organization that claims to uphold values and ethical standards. They constantly parade and preach about their so-called core values and code of conduct, all while blatantly disregarding them in practice. The hypocrisy is comical—excusing incompetence, justifying poor leadership, and silencing dissent. Their egos—or perhaps their fear of being exposed as inept—seem to matter more than doing the right thing.
