Vantaggi
Within just about every department there are passionate, excited people that invested in the success of the company. The people that have been there the longest tend to be the most wholesome and engaging personalities I have ever met. Their insurance might not be the best, but the 401k is incredible. That is more an Osram perk (parent company) than a Fluence thing.
Svantaggi
A company with ~200 employees, but seems like half of them are managers, C-level executives or VP's. Most everyone treats their department like their own personal fiefdom. Getting answers from one department requires you to CC just about everyone in that department no matter how small the request. Upper management would be stronger if they hired from within, but almost everyone promoted comes from outside with no idea of the culture or purpose. They know what worked in other industries, ignoring how unique the one they are in is. They are focused on structure and procedure, but think that is all it takes. It seems they feel if you throw up enough roadblocks people will go the direction they want instead of just getting frustrated with the process.
