      I mean some people have positive attitudes, these people are usually new. The benefits are decent if you ever get hired on permanently.

      Upper management doesn't listen to employees. Overworked and underpaid employees. They made everyone work through COVID and barely gave raises after 2+ years of waiting. The culture is toxic and people have low morale.

Over the course of three years, the entire organization from the design and engineering teams to warehouse operations was gradually dissolved. Challenging conditions within the cannabis market further contributed to the company’s decline.
