Full of cliques. Asked to leave halfway through notice period because they didn't like the fact I had made complaints about management, I was working from home at the time because I couldn’t stand to be around them anymore and on a Monday I had just logged on and was then called by my manager and told to bring my things in, nobody in the office would even look at me, which gives you an idea as to how much back-biting had happened in my absence. Managers are rude and uncaring. A team member who considered himself management (but wasn’t) decided to confront me in the middle of the office about my reasons for leaving and make me cry. Directors apparently share confidential complaint emails with everyone without caring. Car park is a building site - we had to evacuate it one day in case a dilapidated building literally fell on our cars - one woman stood on a piece of metal which went through her foot - tires and cars constantly damaged especially in winter - I have seen previous responses from whoever monitors this site and they maintain that no damage is being done, yet several complaints about it would suggest otherwise - the car park may be ‘maintained’ but it’s still a piece of wasteland that is extremely dangerous. Constant berating from management over tiny issues - made me feel as small as possible. Everyone is either married or dating there - the place is infested with gossip and back-biting. Do not work here - save yourself the mental torment.
