9yFirstly, we would like to apologise for our delayed reply. We are taking your feedback and addressing all the places we missed in delivering a great experience for all the associates at Fluentgrid.
Our dedication in our opinion is what sets us apart; we are determined about protecting our associates and their families. We are committed to creating comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our associates.
We value and consider your feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but we wanted to address a specific concern, you have risen in your posting:-
Please be informed that at any point in time, we have not fired any of our associates unless their performance is not meeting the expectations. To reiterate we have introduced the PLP component from this appraisal year on and there is no way that the promised amount was not being paid.
We have always given an opportunity to an individual to evaluate and grow at Fluentgrid.
We are optimistic, however, that we are set up to thrive and ensure that our associates are valued and appreciated.
To share with you the latest updates - we have introduced our quarterly “team meetings”, “dinner gatherings” with associates from different departments, skip levels, one-on-one meetings and Half yearly Town Halls. We have made and making an effort to seek feedback and connect on a personal level with as many of our associates as possible and we are trying to maintain a fun, dynamic and caring environment.
