1.Employees will not get salaries on time since last 5 to 6 years buthey will recuit number of employees 2.Resigned employees will not get any settlement quickly 3.Last year Variable allowance (PLP) and Arrears of salaries are not released to employees till now 4.Appraisals are not released this year and from 3 years they are releasing in Jun-Aug months instead of April 5.PF will not deposit on time 6.Please dont join in this company if you have financial dependencies as we wont get salaries on time like all other LEVEL 5 companies
