8yThe market place that we operate in- be it the utilities or the Smart cities space, continues to evolve rapidly opening-up opportunities for Fluentgrid like never before. To be prepared to this market challenge, management has to transform, align and realign to fix the best fit structure for leveraging its utmost potential and maximize business profitability.
Fluentgrid has always been a customer value driven organization with internally a highly charged and emotionally connected work force striving hard to create that extra value to all the stakeholders in general and organization in particular.
As an organization we always strived to create people centric policies and where most often if not always and truly unique to our culture, important decision making happens through a democratic and collaborative process. We are supported by world class initiatives like CMMi for delivery and PCMMi for people centric working to create an inclusive employee engagement policies and excellent learning work environment.
This exercise of transformation is not necessarily very comfortable for everybody especially when you are not aligned to the Organization Goal of creating a truly world class product company that every such product company in India can be inspired with its success!
