I've done the rounds as far as agencies go, and Fluid is unique in that it truly cares. I've been checked in with workload becomes heavy, and have seen the agency work to help others when ' life happens' Other perks include: flexible PTO policy, awesome insurance, company events, and other benefits (free lunches, wellness fund)

The agency is small, which can be a blessing and a curse depending on your preference. Expect to be very involved in many aspects.

Fluid is a great place to work for many reasons. The partners are incredible and truly care about you as an employee. They are goal oriented and make decisions based off what's going to help the company in the long-term instead of just the short-term. They are open and honest about the company and where it is headed, whether that be about goals, financials, etc. They make working here fun by providing activities, lunch, etc. and have kept us all connected even through COVID. They are committed to getting the right clients and won't settle for one if they aren't a good fit. The employees are so fun and hard-working and make working at Fluid enjoyable. Everyone truly is a team player and willing to help out where they can to get a project done. They are smart and capable and you know that you can rely on them. Fluid cares about their employees and is good at providing honest and open feedback. They invest in their employees and are willing to help them learn and develop their skills. They are committed to helping you reach your goals.

Fluid, like any other advertising agency, sometimes has crazy weeks! Clients often dictate how busy we are and the work that we have to do, so work ebbs and flows.
