I'm especially happy to read "Best Consultancy in Europe" and I have to say I agree ;-) As for project work, we are working both on short term as well as long term projects, speak to your team lead, if you want a project that is longer term. Salaries are not based on customers actually and the strategy we have is to have local presence more and more.
