This company wants to make sure you find and use your strengths in the work you do and there are so many development opportunities. The people are super friendly and helpful - I get so much good energy from interacting with my colleagues. The projects are challenging and a lot is expected from you, but that is normal in this type of consulting business. Of course the billable time is also tracked, but business is booming so no pressure there for now.
