Amazing customer service staff, they care about the customer and their interaction with such!

Higher management either doesn't care about how these employees are treated or just turn a blind eye. High turnover. Leads and lower management get handpicked to ensure things do not change. They profess to have extremely high employee standards but for some reason this department is treated as dirt under senior mgmt feet. Actually overheard a senior mgmt of the company ask someone 'how it feels to sit with the little people'!

As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
