Big company with lots of opportunity to cross train and travel if desired. Opportunity to make great pay, especially if the price of oil is not considered to be low by clients.

Nepotism is normal across the board with most companies in general, but overwhelming here. Old facilities, outdated software, and very top heavy. Has recently implemented new business strategy to stay afloat; fabrication facilities. Also, outsourcing jobs like most O&G related companies.
