      Pays below market average. Micromanagement. Leadership is disconnected from the day to day work. Work on the weekends (although they make it clear during the interviews).

      Good pays for what it is

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
