Our Global and India leadership teams work closely across business, technology, data, and operations. All company spending is subject to defined approval processes, audits, and financial controls. Workforce decisions are made carefully and are based on business needs and priorities.
The Wellbeing Fund was introduced to support colleagues and is governed by clear policy guidelines. Where action is taken, it is in response to policy breaches, not the existence of the benefit itself. The program continues to support many colleagues as intended.
If you are still part of the organization, we encourage you to raise concerns through a direct conversation with your HRBP or leadership team. Open dialogue allows issues to be addressed more effectively.
