- Understaffed teams with high burn out rate - Expected to deliver projects early which meant that they were delivered poorly and then managers would boast that something was delivered ahead of scheduled but in reality the projects didn't work - Low pay and long working hours - Senior people promoted too quickly so weren't good at their jobs - No clear direction. In one meeting you were told brands were merging and centralising and in the next meeting you were told the brands were to remain separate
