Too many managers doing nothing, annual leave is hard to get and often declined, lack of clarity between the managers and the training team where quality of chats are different for each of them. The job is unbearable and there is no way to step back from it for 8 hours of customers complaining over the processes or their life problems. It is hard to enjoy this job when you are consistently micromanaged by RTE’s who have no idea of how the job functions or the customers we took. Your mental health will take a toll from this job due to a lack of routine, long late hours and due to the nature of people’s sob stories. SG was the poorest paid department in the company and did a brunt of work to keep flutter from getting fined. I would avoid this at all costs
