They are not hesitant to fire you even if you have had time off for legitimate personal reasons and an appeal is useless as they do not consider anything you say and just send a generic “your fired” message. Upon receiving that don’t bother replying as they will not answer. As well as this they promise training that never happens and then claim you lack the skills to work here because of this.
