Completely toxic atmosphere, un-ending fear of redundancy - can't seem to stop fiddling with the structure. Leadership boast at every possible opportunity how much market share has been gained, all whilst showing absolutely no respect for the people that got them there. You live in fear for your job, never knowing when you'll get the summons to be told that you're at risk. If you disagree with something you'll be quietly moved on, showing complete lack of maturity from the leadership teams. No prospect of promotion (heck there isn't even a plan managers can share with their reports), though why would you want it? Use and abuse is the real motto, not the "free to be me" nonsense shoved down your throat at every opportunity.
