There was a noticeable lack of care or consideration for staff welfare. A culture of heavy partying and gambling was often encouraged. Workflows were often slow, manual and lacked modernisation. A fear-driven culture made it difficult to speak up. There was little oversight of workload distribution and capacity planning. Staff were consistently overworked, often stuck in back-to-back meetings, leaving little time for actual deliverables.
