Doesnt care about quality or maintaining customers. App and website shows one price for dry cleaning then customers are charged triple. When they complain we are told to tell them their clothing required a "premium cleaning"... No room for growth, longtime employees havent gotten any raises whatsoever, and morale is horrible. Every time clothing is shrunk or damaged management finds a reason not to compensate the customer or only pay a small fraction of what the clothing is worth. Our manager refuses to talk to ANY customers over the phone and has one of us lie to say WE are the manager.. Look at the reviews on Yelp and youll see this company will be out of business soon.
