Company was constantly late on payroll and sometimes missed paychecks altogether. Upper management did not know how to run a business. Consistently made promises that they could not keep and lied to employees regularly about the status of the company and when to expect payroll to be caught up. CEO would make inappropriate jokes to employees about how he would be ruining so many families if they went bankrupt.

Some solid talent, big ideas

- Lack of strength when it came to firing people not executing. - Inability to focus, 5+ business lines dividing development and resources - CEO really should have been CIO, several management members not removed who should have been (demoralizing to the rest of the team). - Sales was erratic with too high of salaries.
