Everyone says the company has good opportunity to make it big. But still new business.

Not sure the CEO knows how to manage people or the business.

ability to work remotely, immediate supervisor was great.

Company was constantly late on payroll and sometimes missed paychecks altogether. Upper management did not know how to run a business. Consistently made promises that they could not keep and lied to employees regularly about the status of the company and when to expect payroll to be caught up. CEO would make inappropriate jokes to employees about how he would be ruining so many families if they went bankrupt.
