Avoid, a total shambles, rude culture, worst place to work. very rude and a lying culture, especially management. Management Takes all the credit for your work. Totally Incompetent. This company has shambles running the show. Avoid at all cost. Over demanding and expect everything from you.

You get paid at the start of the month. Although volume of work is immense, the work itself can't be defines as being hard. the negative being you are put under pressure to complete work without compensation. This comes with demand for extra time to be put in without being paid in return. It is sometimes easy to hide away from work as most senior management don't have a clue what they are actually doing.

Micromanagement Seniors do not know how to respect or talk to people There is no nurturing mentality It is always a blame game. One can easily feel being criticized or being isolated. It is easy to feel demoralised, racially abused, and made to feel insignificant and small. Numerous senior directors have come in without any knowledge of the business and have destroyed what little harmony there was in the business. ex commercial director was unprofessional and used to attend online meetings in pyjamas. he was audatious to challenge sales and operations on performance, and their attendance to these meetings, but was the most unprofessional person in the business. blamed everyone, set unreasonable targets, hired and fired many ruining careers, and started many "programs" to show that the business is successful, but it was all a farce and failure like he was. none of the programs he initiated has ever picked up. be this the highly advertised graduate program, off which almost none remain in the business, or the numerous sales hires that he brought about, which led to no growth in the business operations directors have come and gone in plenty. they are not interested in making the system better or challenging senior management in making systems better. Rather, they penalise managers and workers, push more work out, cost the business tonnes of money, and workers suffer by being over worked, under paid, and not receive bonus. the health and safety standards on site is abysmal. senior managers in operations run around not knowing which direction to follow between instructions from the MD, CEO, CFO, and other directors as they do not talk to each other. in general, business is understaffed, people underpaid and workers illl treated. they compensate for all this by organising a Christmas party at the end of the year where booze is given aplenty.
