Upon joining, I had a rather disconcerting experience with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, who, unfortunately, displayed unprofessional conduct. Initially, I was promised a salary hike of 20%, only to later discover, upon receiving the offer letter, that half of the first month's salary was being held in abeyance. Furthermore, the actual salary increase amounted to 15%, creating a discrepancy between the initial assurance and the final offer. When I sought clarification from the HR department after my onboarding, I encountered a lack of support as they sided with their colleague. Subsequently, I was terminated the following day, purportedly for breaching company policies. The termination, delivered via email, came as a surprise, especially considering the minimal time taken for the three-round interview process spanning two weeks. It was disheartening to observe a swift decision without ample consideration, especially after the investment of time and effort from both parties. Moreover, the training provided by the assigned trainer lacked effectiveness in imparting a clear understanding of the responsibilities and tasks associated with the role. The rushed syllabus delivery neglected the necessity of ensuring comprehensive comprehension among new hires. Subsequently, during the end-of-day reviews conducted by the Head of Department (HOD), the emphasis appeared to be more on criticism than constructive guidance, with insufficient time allocated for clarification and understanding. Additionally, the absence of a detailed salary breakup and medical insurance information, coupled with the imposition of substantial fines for client penalties due to late fees, presented further challenges. Attempting to voice these concerns to the management resulted in a perceived collective opposition, creating an environment where expressing legitimate concerns is discouraged. In my decade-long professional journey, I have not encountered a workplace as challenging and toxic as this. The lack of responsiveness to my attempts at communication following termination has only exacerbated my disappointment with the company's professionalism. I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it will contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience and fostering a more constructive work environment here.

You would get to learn a whole lot in the company. Pressure is high due to nature of the industry. I felt supported by my colleagues and the management. Would recommend.
