Disorganized, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the garbage pay. They undercut anywhere they can in order to save money. One manager will tell you one story, and then halfway through that task another manager will tell you that was wrong and to do it another way, which often means undoing all the work you’ve done previously. Have questions about a task? Well that’s too bad because your supervisors won’t give you a real answer because they don’t know either. Think about it this way: You work a 12 hour day in the blazing heat, having accomplished hardly anything because of conflicting orders, lunch was three hours late (if you get fed at all), doing work outside your job description, and you’ve still made less than $200. Trust me, it’s not worth it. Management claims that “you can work your way up” but the reality is that if it can find a way to pay its workers less, it will.
