Vantaggi
I have been here 8 years, including through the acquisition, so I have seen the company at multiple stages and it has consistently evolved in a positive way. Strong culture with genuinely good people who care about the work and each other, which is harder to find than most companies like to admit Leadership gives you room to grow and actually expects you to take ownership, which is great if you like being trusted and slightly uncomfortable in a good way. The work is fast paced and tied to interesting clients, so it rarely feels stale or repetitive. There is real upside if you perform well, and you are not boxed into a rigid structure. Benefits and perks are solid, especially for a company of this size, and the team does a good job making work enjoyable. It is not for everyone, and that is probably a feature not a bug, but for people who lean in it can be very rewarding.
Svantaggi
The pace can be intense, and priorities can shift quickly, which is not ideal if you prefer a highly structured or predictable environment, if you put effort in, the rewards are plentiful. High expectations across the board, so it can feel demanding at times, especially during busy client cycles...very rewarding when it comes together. Growth comes with change, and not every process keeps up perfectly in real time, so there can be moments of grey, not all black and white. It is not the best fit for someone looking for a slower, more traditional agency environment . Because the bar is high, the experience can vary depending on how comfortable you are taking ownership without a lot of hand holding.
