You are seen as a number on a balance sheet and treat like one as well. The CEO is basically a robot, smiling and nodding as he feels this is what is expected of him but really he is heartless. Much more concerned about his own reputation to wider public rather than the company and staff. Quickly attempted to expand the sales team with no thought process, planning or accurate budgeting to support the people that was onboarded, This led to rapid dismissals of new starters, who had not been given a fair chance or adequate training. I personally had some good successes but left of my own back after 7 months due to the shocking morals and lack of accountable from the leadership. I encourage anyone considering working for this company to look at any other options before accepting.
