CIO was manipulative, deceitful, a micro manager, and lacked technical skills. He would say one thing one day and then contradict himself the next day. Didnt understand IT workload or barriers and how to work around them. Never trusted in his staff. He is family friends with the owners which is the only reason he is still there. Very hostile environment.
