The staff are wonderful and very supportive, they work well as part of a team and they are quick to help new starters. The offices in Shoreham are an engaging and fun environment to work in. The Hut is the staff restaurant and the food served is delicious and subsidised. There are events throughout the year that are hosted for staff, some inhouse, and others at lovely venues in the area. It is clear that staff are very valued. The management team are very approachable , and the business is well lead by inspiring people. There is a good work/life balance at Focus Group and there are plenty of hybrid working options. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteering and fundraising.
