- constant fire fighting in lieu of strategy - product roadmap not adhered to meaning solutions are throwaway to meet short term deliverables rather than improving product - poor internal communication

The frontline staff are a great bunch. The parking is free. It's in a very accessible location.

Management is pretty clueless, very volatile internal politics and no obvious strategy results in lots of reactive activity and fire fighting
