US management is terrible. Feels like they don’t know what they want or how to achieve this. Company disregards the Cape Town office completely when the people working there are highly talented.

Everything about this job. From the owner all the way down to the VP of operations who has anger issues and knows nothing about the job, and his protege the director of operations who has a disqualified RN and paramedic license in Florida due to massive complaints
